JURISDICTION: This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of the laws of India and any disputes arising hereof shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts. This provision shall remain in full force and effect notwithstanding any termination of your use of the Site.

SEVERABILITY; WAIVER: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of such right or provision.
